These terms describe shopping with The Lucky Tiles at theluckytiles.com. Please review the product listing and the policies linked below before placing an order. For questions, contact theluckytiles@gmail.com.

Products and orders

The Lucky Tiles sells original American Mahjong mats. Product specifications, included items, prices and availability are shown on each product page. Please check the listed dimensions and measure your table before ordering. Product photographs show the artwork and styling; refer to the product description for the items included in your purchase. Colors may appear different on different screens.

Pricing and checkout

Prices on our U.S. storefront are displayed in U.S. dollars. Review the products, quantities, delivery address, shipping charges, any applicable taxes and the final total at checkout before submitting payment. Please provide a complete and accurate email address and shipping address so we can process your order and send updates.

Production and delivery

Our Mahjong mats are made to order in China and shipped to the United States by international courier. Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–15 business days from order placement, including production, order preparation and shipping; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Delivery dates are estimates. Many items include free U.S. shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page. Larger, mixed or wholesale orders may require additional confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, refunds and order issues

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, conditions and the return process. Return requests for eligible unused retail items must be made within 7 days of delivery, and you must contact us before sending a return. Custom, clearance, final sale and wholesale orders are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the item, packaging and shipping label. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the return. The Refund Policy provides the full conditions, including non-refundable costs.

Wholesale and custom inquiries

For wholesale or custom orders, contact us with your requested products, quantity, complete destination and postal code. Product details, pricing, shipping and timing are confirmed separately before payment. See our Wholesale page.
