Where do you ship?

We currently focus on customers in the United States. Our Mahjong mats are made to order in China and shipped to the United States by international courier. Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–15 business days from order placement, including production, order preparation, and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Can I return an order?

Eligible unused retail items may be returned by request within 7 days of delivery. Custom, clearance, final sale, and wholesale orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Read the full Returns policy.

Is American Mahjong the same as Chinese Mahjong?

No. American Mahjong has its own equipment, rules, and style of play. Our mats are designed for American Mahjong game tables and social play.
