Returns

We accept return requests for eligible unused retail items within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs, international logistics costs, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Custom products, clearance items, final sale items, and wholesale orders are not returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Refunds or replacements are reviewed after the issue is verified.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
