Where We Ship

We currently focus on shipping to customers in the United States.

Our Mahjong mats are made to order in China and shipped to the United States by international courier.

Shipping Costs and Timing

Many items include free U.S. shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page. Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–15 business days from order placement, including production, order preparation, and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates. Tracking updates may pause briefly while a package moves between international and local delivery networks. Larger, mixed, or wholesale orders may require additional confirmation before fulfillment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or missing delivery information, additional shipping costs may apply.

Wholesale and Large Orders

For wholesale or large-volume orders, shipping timelines and costs may be confirmed separately before payment. Please contact us with your destination and estimated quantity.
